Some foods are nutrient dense, fuel and medicine for our bodies, and some are inflammatory, nutrient poor and energy sapping. With a few simple swapouts, we can increase the nutrient intake for whole family, while reducing intake of foods which can cause issues.
We can see food as our fuel – if we put the right fuel into our engine, things will run smoothly. If we regularly put the wrong fuel in (eg diesel into a petrol engine) – problems begin to occur.
Food is absolutely essential to living a healthy life, and there are a few simple things we can do to.
